I would be remiss to not dedicate this week's blog post to the biggest basketball game of the century: UNC vs Duke. This Final Four matchup is not only between two of the best basketball programs in the nation but it also holds the potential to be Coach K's last game.Worried about vegan snacks to watch the Heels take down Duke? Have no fear Viva La Vegan is here! That is why in this week's Viva la Vegan blog we will be discussing Vegan party food recipes!
I found all these recipes from a Vegan food blogger I follow called Vegan Richa! If you are ever looking for new and delicious vegan recipes I highly recommend checking out her website!
Vegan Pretzel Bites with Spicy Mustard Dip
The first recipe is Vegan Pretzel Bites with Spicy Mustard Dip!Unlike most pretzel bites these vegan pretzel bites are super simple without the hassle of boiling them in basking soda. These little bites are the perfect vegan appetizer to server on Game Day with a dairy free Spicy Mustard Dip that all of your friends and family will love! The recipe and instructions for these yummy pretzel bites can be found here!

Vegan Pizza Dip
The next recipe is a Vegan Pizza Dip. There are layers of Pizza sauce, sauteed herbed mushrooms and onions, vegan mozzarella style cream sauce, layered with some tomato slices, olives and finished with fresh basil and pepper flakes. The cream sauce has starches that thicken and do their starchy thing during the baking. When the dip is hot out of the oven, there is a cheesy stringy texture and flavor all mixed up with the pizza sauce and mushrooms and olives. All the mess that a pizza dip should be.The recipe and instructions can be found here!

Baked Mango Sriracha Cauliflower Wings
These Baked Mango Sriracha Cauliflower Wings are insanely delicious and easy. Spicy, sweet, cauliflower wings, a cross between buffalo wings and cocktail meatballs. With mango preserves, orange juice and loads of Sriracha! This is just cauliflower, awesome sauce and addictive. It uses common ingredients and is ready with 20 minutes active time in the kitchen. The recipe can be found here!

Baked Jalapeño Poppers
These Baked Vegan Jalapeno poppers are filled with cheesy Jalapeno popper dip. Rolled up in breadcrumbs and baked to perfection. These Jalapeño Poppers are too good! This was the recipe my roommates and I tried and our taste buds were blown away! You can find the recipe and instructions here!

Whether you are watching the game at home or going to a friend's house these recipes will leave your tastebuds wanting more. As always make sure to like and subscribe for next week's blog! In the words of a Tarheel great..
